Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIXL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,438 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIXL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile, and mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with MIXL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIXL1-to-partner and partner-to-MIXL1 results are reported.
