MITD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MITD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,405 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MITD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT5H, NOL8, and ORC3. Each is linked with MITD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MITD1-to-partner and partner-to-MITD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MITD1 versus SUPT5H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MITD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MITD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
