Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MITD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,998 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MITD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEGF9, FMNL2, and FAM174A. Each is linked with MITD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MITD1-to-partner and partner-to-MITD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MITD1 versus MEGF9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MITD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MITD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
