MITD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MITD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 626 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MITD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51G1, RNA5SP442, and SURF6P1. Each is linked with MITD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MITD1-to-partner and partner-to-MITD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51G1 grouped by MITD1-low versus MITD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MITD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MITD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
