Across TCGA cell cohorts, MITD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,683 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MITD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein branched polyubiquitination, Positive regulation of maintenance of sister chromatid cohesion, and Positive regulation of maintenance of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with MITD1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MITD1-to-partner and partner-to-MITD1 results are reported.
