MIS12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIS12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,618 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIS12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAG7, ELAC2, and NCBP3. Each is linked with MIS12 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIS12-to-partner and partner-to-MIS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIS12 versus SPAG7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
