Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIS12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,706 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS1, RFC5, and PCNA. Each is linked with MIS12 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIS12-to-partner and partner-to-MIS12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIS12 versus GINS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
