MIS12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIS12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,482 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFKP1, MIR6803, and ACACA. Each is linked with MIS12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIS12-to-partner and partner-to-MIS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFKP1 grouped by MIS12-low versus MIS12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
