The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher MIRLET7A1HG RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIRLET7A1HG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and UCS show a favorable association.
