Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIRLET7A1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MIRLET7A1 data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher MIRLET7A1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIRLET7A1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

DLBC are the cancer types where MIRLET7A1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
