Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR941-4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR941-4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher MIR941-4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR941-4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

MESO, ESCA, and BLCA are the cancer types where MIR941-4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
