Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR93 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR93 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher MIR93 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR93 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and BLCA show a favorable association.

PAAD, ACC, and CESC are the cancer types where MIR93 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
