MIR9-1HG

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR9-1HG Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MIR9-1HG data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher MIR9-1HG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR9-1HG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.

DLBC, LIHC, and COAD are the cancer types where MIR9-1HG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
