Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR892B RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR892B data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher MIR892B RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR892B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

OV, KICH, and DLBC are the cancer types where MIR892B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
