The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MIR890 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR890 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and SKCM are the cancer types where MIR890 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
