The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MIR890 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR890 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, LUAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where MIR890 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
