Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR888 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR888 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher MIR888 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR888 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and SKCM are the cancer types where MIR888 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
