Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR8088 RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR8088 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MIR8088 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR8088 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRC, LUSC, and OV are the cancer types where MIR8088 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
