MIR8075

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR8075 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of MIR8075’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where MIR8075 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types MIR8075 is over-expressed in tumor.

COAD are the cancer types where MIR8075 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
