Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR8074 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR8074 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MIR8074 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR8074 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.
UCEC, SARC, and ESCA are the cancer types where MIR8074 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
