MIR8071-2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR8071-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,111 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR8071-2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of alpha-beta T cell activation, CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation, and Dendritic cell apoptotic process. Each is linked with MIR8071-2 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR8071-2-to-partner and partner-to-MIR8071-2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of alpha-beta T cell activation grouped by MIR8071-2-low versus MIR8071-2-high in SKCM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR8071-2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR8071-2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
