MIR8055

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR8055 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,868 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR8055-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCAR2, P3H2, and NAV1_S90. Each is linked with MIR8055 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR8055-to-partner and partner-to-MIR8055 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR8055 versus CCAR2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR8055→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR8055) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
