The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MIR8054 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR8054 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where MIR8054 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
