MIR7848

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR7848 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,796 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR7848-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FMNL1, DOCK10, and DOCK2. Each is linked with MIR7848 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR7848-to-partner and partner-to-MIR7848 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR7848 versus FMNL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR7848→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR7848) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
