Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR7845 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR7845 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher MIR7845 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR7845 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and PAAD show a favorable association.
KIRP, BRCA, and THCA are the cancer types where MIR7845 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
