MIR7152

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR7152 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,865 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR7152-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKAP12, OLFML3, and FERMT2. Each is linked with MIR7152 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR7152-to-partner and partner-to-MIR7152 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR7152 versus AKAP12 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR7152→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR7152) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
