Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR6888 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR6888 expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR6888 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, MIR6888 RNA expression shows 4,881 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Together, these results highlight KIRC, THCA, and BRCA as cancer lineages where MIR6888 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
