Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR6851 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR6851 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher MIR6851 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR6851 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM show a favorable association.

ACC, TGCT, and THCA are the cancer types where MIR6851 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
