Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR6842 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,881 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR6842-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRCH1_S370, TNFAIP8, and PTK2B. Each is linked with MIR6842 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR6842-to-partner and partner-to-MIR6842 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR6842 versus LRCH1_S370 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR6842→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR6842) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
