Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR6833 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,547 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR6833-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macromolecule deacylation, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Mitochondrial translation. Each is linked with MIR6833 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR6833-to-partner and partner-to-MIR6833 results are reported.
