Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR6832 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR6832 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MIR6832 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR6832 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and STAD show a favorable association.
KIRC, PAAD, and UVM are the cancer types where MIR6832 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
