MIR6826

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR6826 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,712 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR6826-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin organization, Protein modification by small protein removal, and Glycerolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MIR6826 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR6826-to-partner and partner-to-MIR6826 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Heterochromatin organization grouped by MIR6826-low versus MIR6826-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR6826→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR6826) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
