Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR6821 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,209 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR6821-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to corticotropin-releasing hormone, Glycerophospholipid metabolic process, and Obsolete positive regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with MIR6821 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR6821-to-partner and partner-to-MIR6821 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to corticotropin-releasing hormone grouped by MIR6821-low versus MIR6821-high in LAML.
