MIR6796

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR6796 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,737 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR6796-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA export from nucleus, Organelle membrane fusion, and Regulation of centromere complex assembly. Each is linked with MIR6796 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR6796-to-partner and partner-to-MIR6796 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mRNA export from nucleus grouped by MIR6796-low versus MIR6796-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR6796→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR6796) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
