Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR6794 RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR6794 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher MIR6794 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR6794 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.
ESCA, SKCM, and HNSC are the cancer types where MIR6794 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
