Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR6788 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR6788-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFAT, NEURL2, and UNC13C. Each is linked with MIR6788 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR6788-to-partner and partner-to-MIR6788 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZFAT grouped by MIR6788-low versus MIR6788-high in HNSC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR6788→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR6788) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
