The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher MIR6786 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR6786 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, ACC, and CHOL are the cancer types where MIR6786 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
