Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR6772 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR6772 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher MIR6772 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR6772 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and PAAD show a favorable association.
CESC, CHOL, and ACC are the cancer types where MIR6772 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
