Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR6752 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,197 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR6752-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein K63-linked ubiquitination, Protein-RNA complex organization, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with MIR6752 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR6752-to-partner and partner-to-MIR6752 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of protein K63-linked ubiquitination grouped by MIR6752-low versus MIR6752-high in THYM.
