Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR6750 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR6750 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MIR6750 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR6750 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and LGG are the cancer types where MIR6750 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
