Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR668 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR668-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-591P. Each is linked with MIR668 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR668-to-partner and partner-to-MIR668 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-591P grouped by MIR668-low versus MIR668-high in UCEC.
