Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR663AHG profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR663AHG expression is associated with patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR663AHG is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, MIR663AHG RNA expression shows 8,530 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Together, these results highlight THCA, LUSC, and PAAD as cancer lineages where MIR663AHG shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
