Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR6515 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,020 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR6515-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Activation of GTPase activity, Peptidyl-L-cysteine S-palmitoylation, and Regulation of TRAIL-activated apoptotic signaling pathway. Each is linked with MIR6515 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR6515-to-partner and partner-to-MIR6515 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Activation of GTPase activity grouped by MIR6515-low versus MIR6515-high in HNSC.
