Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR6509 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,897 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR6509-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, Regulation of mRNA processing, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening. Each is linked with MIR6509 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR6509-to-partner and partner-to-MIR6509 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process grouped by MIR6509-low versus MIR6509-high in DLBC.
