Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR646 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR646 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher MIR646 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR646 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LUAD show a favorable association.
UCS, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where MIR646 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
