Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR626 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,328 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR626-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telencephalon development, Tube formation, and Phospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MIR626 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR626-to-partner and partner-to-MIR626 results are reported.
