Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR615 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,195 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR615-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, Peptidyl-lysine acetylation, and Positive regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with MIR615 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR615-to-partner and partner-to-MIR615 results are reported.
