Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR6124 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,953 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR6124-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MICAL2, MICAL2_S515, and FLNA_T2336. Each is linked with MIR6124 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR6124-to-partner and partner-to-MIR6124 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR6124 versus MICAL2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR6124→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR6124) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
