Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR6083 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR6083 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher MIR6083 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR6083 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC and STAD are the cancer types where MIR6083 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
