Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR6072 RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR6072 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MIR6072 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR6072 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where MIR6072 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
